By using loadingscreen.app ("the service") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
The service
Loading Screen AI turns photos you upload into video-game style artwork using AI. Results are generated automatically, differ from run to run and may contain mistakes, such as a misspelled name or a face that looks less like you.
Unofficial fan tool
The service is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. Grand Theft Auto, GTA and GTA VI are trademarks of Take-Two Interactive. Results are new artwork inspired by a general art style and contain no official logos or game assets. Don't present them as official material.
Your account
You need an account to generate images. Keep your sign-in secure and give accurate information. You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. In short: only upload photos of yourself or of people who agreed, no sexual or harmful content, and no wanted posters of children, celebrities or politicians. We may refuse requests, remove content and suspend accounts that break it.
Your content
You keep your rights in the photos you upload, and you may use the results for personal, non-commercial purposes such as wallpapers, profile pictures and posts. You confirm that you have the right to use every photo you upload, including the consent of the people in it. You give us and our providers permission to process your photos only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Credits and payments
- Each image uses one credit, shown before you generate. Generations that fail, time out or are blocked are refunded automatically. A finished image you don't like is not refunded.
- Free credits for new accounts and purchased credit packs may expire, as shown when they are granted.
- Credit packs are one-time purchases. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
- Payments are processed by our payment provider, which may appear on your statement.
- If something went wrong with a purchase, email us within 14 days and we will make it right, including a refund of unused credits where appropriate.
Availability
We try to keep the service running but don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may change or discontinue styles and features.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, tell signed-in users before they take effect.
