Acceptable Use Policy

Loading Screen AI turns your photos into video-game style artwork. Because the results show real faces, some uses are not allowed. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.

What the AI is

Images are generated by third-party models (currently Google's Nano Banana family, accessed through an API provider). Results are AI-generated, change from run to run and may contain mistakes.

You may not use the service to

1. Use someone's photo without permission. Only upload photos of yourself or of people who agreed to it.
2. Create pornographic or sexual content. No nude or sexual photos, prompts or results.
3. Create anything that sexualizes or endangers children. This includes suggestive images of anyone who looks under 18. We report child sexual abuse material to the authorities.
4. Create violent or gory content. No graphic violence, injury, gore or self-harm.
5. Create hateful content. No hate speech or hate symbols, and nothing that harasses or bullies a person or group.
6. Make deepfakes or impersonate people. No face swaps, no putting one real person's face on someone else, no showing a real person saying or doing something they never did, and no posing as a person or organization. Wanted posters of celebrities, politicians or anyone under 18 are refused, and so are names that belong to famous people or are offensive.
7. Infringe copyright or trademarks. Only upload images you have the right to use. Don't add game logos or official artwork to results, and don't present a result as official Rockstar Games or GTA material.
8. Deceive people. Don't present a result as a real police notice or as evidence of something that happened.
9. Break the law where you live or where the content is used.

How we enforce it

• Every request is checked automatically before an image is generated: first the name you type, then your photo. Results are checked again before you see them.
• Blocked requests are not charged.
• We may suspend accounts that repeatedly try to break these rules, without a refund of unused credits where the law allows.

Reporting misuse

If you find an image made with this service that shows you without your consent or otherwise breaks this policy, email support@loadingscreen.app with a description and, if you can, the image. We aim to reply within 5 business days.
