What Loading Screen AI collects, why, who processes it, and how long it is kept.

This policy explains what data Loading Screen AI ("we") collects when you use loadingscreen.app and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address and name, and your profile picture if you sign in with Google.
- Photos and text you submit: the photo you upload, the style and frame you pick, and the name you type for a wanted poster.
- Generation records: the style, status, credits used and a link to the result.
- Payment records: order number, amount, credit pack and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store full card numbers.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and basic usage events, used for security, rate limiting and fixing problems.
How your photos are handled
- Your photo is resized in your browser and uploaded only when you press Generate.
- The upload is sent to our AI providers to check it against the Acceptable Use Policy and to create your image.
- The uploaded copy is deleted from our AI provider's storage within 24 hours. The finished image is kept for up to 14 days so you can download it, then deleted.
- We do not publish your photos, sell them, use them to train AI models, or use them for face recognition or identification.
Who processes data for us
- AI providers: an API provider that runs Google's Gemini and Nano Banana models, for photo checks and image generation.
- Hosting: Cloudflare, which runs the website and database.
- Payments: our payment provider, which processes payments and refunds.
- Sign-in: Google, if you choose Google sign-in.
Each provider receives only what it needs for its task.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. If we add analytics or advertising cookies, we will ask for consent where the law requires it.
How long we keep data
- Account and payment records: while your account is open, and afterwards as long as tax and accounting laws require.
- Generation records (without the image): while your account is open.
- Photos: up to 24 hours. Finished images: up to 14 days.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or close your account, by emailing support@loadingscreen.app. Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may also have the right to object to processing or complain to a data protection authority.
Children
The service is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, tell signed-in users.
